1/2" Close Brass Chrome Nipple

This is a 1/2" IPS (iron pipe size) chrome close nipple used to adapt modern female thread shower heads to older female pipe thread shower arm assemblies. In the Stoneham, MA market area Symmons shower valves always came with a one piece shower arm assembly that accepted a male shower head. The 1/2" close brass chrome nipple will connect this to the modern shower head of your choice.
This nipple is used for shower connections only. BRjr 02.14.
