This is an EMPTY 20lb cylinder. We stock a few because people keep asking for them. We do NOT file them. You MUST go elsewhere for that service.

During the Covid disruptions and the subsequent supply chain issues, we stocked items we might not ordinarily carry. This is one of them. There has been a general shortage of new tanks in the market since 2020. Stores in the propane filling business often could not get empty tanks. We found that True Value had tanks when normal sources were out. If you need an empty tank and know where to get it purged and filled, please feel free to purchase.

The Flame King brand 20lb tank is manufactured in Vietnam to US DOT specifications in a facility meeting ISO 9002 requirements.
