3/8" Compression Cap.

This is the carpenter's and remodeler' friend. When doing bathroom and kitchen remodeling demolition job, the first thing to do is cap off all the plumbing. Turn off the water, disconnect the faucets, dishwashers, ice makers, and water filters. Use the 3/8" compression cap to cap off the supply valves when you disconnect. Don't rely on supply valves to be leak free. They will weep. A cap keep everything dry. Same for bathroom sinks and toilets. WHR 08.16
