GE, F25T12CW28, 25W, Cool White Fluorescent Appliance Light Bulb, 28" x 1-1/2" Diameter, For Preheat Systems, Medium BiPin, 1665 Lumens, 7500 Hours, 4150 Kelvin, Cri=62.

These were traditionally used on stoves and medicine cabinets. An appliance using this bulb is quite old. Your electrician or appliance repair person could to a retrofit, but it will be cheaper to buy a new stove or medicine cabinet. This was also used over sinks. Replace the fixture. WHR 07/22
